North Passage is building a comprehensive estate transition system for those families and individuals who need help during downsizing or relocation. Today, we specialize in purchasing collections and selected estates, providing valuations, and helping thoughtfully rehome furniture, artwork, antiques, books, and historical objects.

Our longer-term aim is to provide support, end-to-end, for estates in transition, helping families manage the practical work involved in preparing a property for its next chapter.

If you're beginning that conversation now, we'd be happy to discuss how we might be able to help. We have contacts for the cleaners, painters, movers, realtors and people who can help individuals and families navigate bureaucracies.
