Every piece we sell is one of a kind, and almost none of them are the same size. A framed serigraph and a Georgian chest of drawers do not travel the same way, so we don't pretend a single rate covers both. We quote shipping individually, on every item, before you buy.

We'll come back to you with an actual cost — usually within one business day — and arrange everything from there. If the shipping cost is unreasonable relative to the value of the piece, we'll tell you that too.

Pickup and showroom visits in Sidney, BC

Pickup is free and always welcome. We're at Unit 15 – 2075 Henry Ave West, Sidney, BC V8L 1T2.

The showroom is open by appointment, any time. Whether you're collecting something you've bought or you'd simply like to see a piece in person before you decide, call or email and we'll arrange a time that suits you. Let us know when you're coming and the piece will be ready and wrapped.

Local delivery

We deliver on the Saanich Peninsula and around Greater Victoria for a fee based on distance and the size of the piece. For heavy furniture this is usually the easiest and least expensive option. Ask us for a price.

Packing

Every item is inspected before it leaves our warehouse and packed the way we'd want to receive it. Larger furnishings and works on paper or under glass receive additional protection and, where the piece calls for it, crating or blanket-wrap freight.

Timing

Smaller items usually go out within a few business days of payment. Furniture and freight depend on the carrier and the route. When we quote, we'll give you a realistic window rather than an optimistic one.
